INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TYCOON VISISTS TIKI SHARK HAWAII INC - Kailua Kona – HI – Mr. S.M. Obaid - Chairman of the Board and CEO of Towellers Ltd arrived this week to discuss potential joint venture with local business.
According to Abbas Hassan, Senior VP of Sales and Marketing for Tiki Shark Hawaii, “it was our pleasure to host Mr. Obaid on our Island. Apparently must have created quite a reputation for ourselves in the international market place for someone of his stature to take notice, travel a long ways to come see us to discuss a possible joint venture”.
Mr. S. M. Obaid stated – “with our financial backing and technical expertise, growth possibilities for the two companies can be enormous, especially in the Hawaiian Resort market”.
The two companies will be continuing their discussions on this issue for the next couple of months before coming to an agreement. Adding to its existing line of top quality Beach Towels, Tiki Shark will be introducing an extensive line of Tee Shirts, Polo Shirts, Sweat Shirts and Board Shorts.
“We are currently in discussion with a few Honolulu based distributors who will represent our 2010 line exclusively” added Hassan.
